Rondinone created two commissioned works for Adliswil, Angel Kiss and Angel Touch, together they create a vibrant whole.

Be positive! Live life! Rondinone's artificial sunburst Angel Kiss that radiates across one wall of our cafeteria seems to ooze an uplifting spirit, as if telling us: "Everything's going to be alright!" While this work might appear on the surface to have a decorative effect, Angel Kiss exudes its own infectious energy which, as the title suggests, embraces all the things we may not know.

Rondinone's work often alludes to the natural landscape.

"I believe in the spirituality and magic of an artwork", he has said. Rondinone's exuberant work has often referred to cosmic cycles of time and landscape, from his "Mandala" paintings (large canvases of target shaped concentric colour circles) to his paintings of stars, bringing the life of the natural world indoors in order to change the daily experience.
