Tom joined the Property & Casualty Business Management team at Swiss Re in 2021. In his role as Senior Claims and Solutions Expert he provides oversight and expertise to clients as well as heads up the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Motor Expert Network. Tom has over two decades of insurance experience and holds a keen interest in how each insurer operates, the challenges involved in handling large and complex losses, analysing claims data and monitoring developments in insurance technology.
