Lloyd Holmes is a Global Life & Health Partnerships Manager at Swiss Re, based in our Folkestone office. As part of the Life & Health Solutions division, he is responsible for advancing mental health & wellbeing solutions with clients across all markets.
Lloyd re-joined Swiss Re in 2024 after working at Saga Insurance as a Trading Manager for health and travel products. Before that, he held roles at AIG Life, overseeing the Aggregator/PCW distribution channel, managing key commercial partnerships with bancassurance and D2C partners, and launching new life & health products to market. Lloyd began his re/insurance career at Swiss Re in 2013, working as a Technical Accountant and a Life & Health Business Manager.
Passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Lloyd was a founding member of Swiss Re's 'Together with Pride' network, the company’s first DEI resource group.
