Donato Genovese Senior Motor Performance Manager

Donato is currently working as Senior Motor Performance Manager and Deputy Portfolio Manager of the Global Motor Underwriting Portfolio at P&C Re Casualty, a role he has held since 2024. Prior to this, he was a member of the Management Team at Automotive & Mobility Solutions (AMS) from 2016, where he was responsible for Business Operations and Product Development for Connected, Autonomous, Shared, and Electric vehicles.

Donato joined Swiss Re in September 2008 in the Asset Management Division as a graduate. In 2010, he moved to Group Underwriting, where he took on various responsibilities over the years.

Born in Potenza, Italy, Donato holds dual Italian and Swiss citizenships. He earned a B.Sc. in Financial Markets and an M.Sc. in Finance from Università Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
