Winnie Zhang serves as Head of Claims China at Swiss Re Beijing, where she oversees all Property & Casualty (P&C) reinsurance claims, along with related customer service and collaboration across China.
With over 20 years of experience in P&C claims, Winnie began her insurance career as a loss adjuster and has since held senior positions including claims manager and head of claims at leading domestic and international insurers.
She holds a Master’s degree in Insurance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
