Together with Pride (TWP) fosters an inclusive environment where LGBTI+ colleagues and allies feel safe, valued and empowered. Through advocacy, community-building and awareness campaigns, TWP champions equal opportunities and supports everyone in bringing their authentic selves to work. 

Mosaic promotes racial, ethnic and cultural inclusion across Swiss Re. By creating space for connection, dialogue and professional development, Mosaic supports people of color in thriving personally and professionally, and contributes to a more equitable workplace for all. 

Women@SwissRe is committed to advancing gender equity and supporting all women* in reaching their full potential. Through mentoring, networking, allyship and skills development, the group helps build a culture where women can grow, lead and thrive at every stage of their journey. 

Generations brings together colleagues across age groups to learn from and support one another. Focused on cross-generational mentorship, skill-sharing and connection, it helps foster an inclusive workplace where all age groups feel represented, supported and empowered. 

Pathways supports mental health and wellbeing through open dialogue, education and peer connection. With global initiatives like mental health first aid training and resources for managers, the group promotes a stigma-free environment where everyone can thrive. 

Great Minds champions neurodiversity at Swiss Re by connecting, educating and advocating for neurodivergent colleagues and allies. The group fosters understanding of conditions such as autism, ADHD and dyslexia, and celebrates the value of diverse ways of thinking
