In response to our clients' need for an easy-to-use consolidated claims platform to enable consistent claims decision-making, Swiss Re developed and launched Claims Assessment Engine. As part of the solution, tailored claims training was provided for assessors to update their technical knowledge and boost their decision-making confidence.
