Zhao Chengzhong 赵承忠 Deputy Director of Jinan Urban and Rural Water Bureau 济南市城乡水务局副局长

Zhao Chengzhong was born in 1963, in Jinan. He’s now Deputy Director of Jinan Urban and Rural Water Bureau, in charge of the management and protection of water resources, the protection of spring water, the management and protection of spring water heritage, South-to-North Water Diversion, the management of transferring water etc.

Over the past years, he has been engaged in key water conservancy projects in Jinan, the protection and application for historical heritage of spring water, and presided over the major projects, such as the connection of five reservoirs, the connection of Wohushan and Jinxiuchuan reservoirs, together with Strictest Water Resources Management System and the application for historcial heritage of “the City of Spring” cultural landscape.

赵承忠，男，生于1963年，山东济南人，现任济南市城乡水务局党组成员、副局长，负责水资源管理保护、泉水保护、泉水遗产管理保护、南水北调、调水管理等工作。多年来，主要从事济南重点水利工程建设、泉水保护与申遗等工作，主持开展了五库连通工程、两库连通等重点工程，最严格水资源管理、泉城文化景观申遗等工作。
