Zhang Baowu 张宝武 Chairman Heilongjiang Design Group 黑龙江省设计集团董事长

Zhang Baowu is Chairman of Heilongjiang Design Group. As a Senior Urban planner and Registered Cost Engineer, he has worked in urban and rural planning, project management, enterprise management, etc., for almost 30 years, playing a leading role in many key projects, and has won more than 20 awards, including: Excellent Design Award of National and Provincial Urban and Rural Planning, National Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievement Award, Scientific and Technological Achievement Award issued by Provincial Housing and Construction System. The honors he has received include National Model Labor Medals, the Role Model in Post-Disaster Reconstruction of Sichuan Province (enjoying the treatment of Provincial Model Worker).

He is also Executive Director of the National Urban Planning Association, Director of the National Urban Planning Society, Chairman of Heilongjiang Survey and Design Association, Chairman of Heilongjiang Urban Planning Association, Vice Chairman of Heilongjiang Water Supply and Drainage Association, and Vice Chairman of Heilongjiang Engineering Consulting Association.

Zhang was born in September 1968, and has a master's degree.

 

张宝武，男，1968年9月出生，硕士研究生，现任黑龙江省设计集团有限公司党委书记、董事长，正高级城市规划师，注册造价工程师。长期从事城乡规划、工程管理、企业管理等工作，主持和参与数十项省级和市县级城市总体规划、城市基础设施规划、固废处理和污水处理规划的编制和审查工作；主持省社会经济发展重点和重大战略研究课题、住建部软科学研究项目等省部级课题3项。荣获全国优秀城市规划设计奖、全国优秀工程咨询成果奖、省城乡建设科学技术奖以及省城乡规划优秀设计奖等20余项。全国五一劳动奖章获得者、四川省灾后重建先进个人（享受省劳模待遇）、享受省政府特殊津贴。国家城市规划协会常务理事、国家城市规划学会理事；黑龙江省勘察设计协会理事长、黑龙江省城市规划协会会长、黑龙江省给排水协会副会长、黑龙江省工程咨询协会副会长。
