Wilma de Bruijn General Manager, EURAPCO

Wilma is currently the General Manager of EURAPCO a strategic alliance of eight primarily mutual insurance companies, based in Zurich, Switzerland. The alliance consists of eight partners that operate in 15 countries across Europe. Together they insure more than 43 million Europeans, have EUR 56.8 billion in annual gross written premiums and employ over 63,000 people. 

Over the years Wilma has held various domestic and international roles at companies such as Achmea, one of Europe’s largest cooperative insurers, based in the Netherlands. Wilma has served as Director of Marketing and Sales of leading brands such as Avero Achmea and Levob and Director of the Achmea Academy, an award-winning training and knowledge centre for the company’s employees and clients.
