Tris Cooper Asia Client Facing Technology Manager WTW

Tris is the Asia Client Facing Technology Manager for Willis Towers Watson and Co-Chair of the Ruschlikon Implementation Group Asia (RIGA). Prior to assuming his current role, he was the Operations Manager for WTW Singapore, with responsibilities stretching across Philippines, Indonesia and India. Having worked within commercial insurance across various Broking / Technical / Operations roles, he has an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end processes and associated risks. His current role sees him focused on driving efficiencies and enhance the client experience through adoption of WTW’s client facing technologies.

Liaising across Asia with colleagues, third parties and underwriting partners, he knows that communication is the most significant tool for understanding complex issues, developing solutions and managing change.
