Tina is the Global Head of Reinsurance Contracts P&C at Swiss Re. Based in London, she leads an international team of contract wordings specialists and lawyers who provide expert solutions to underwriters, brokers and clients across all lines of reinsurance business globally.
Tina has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Tina’s experience spans across the Underwriting, Legal and Claims functions. She was previously Global Head of Wordings at AXA XL, leading an international team of experts who focused on developing new re/insurance solutions for the ever changing complex risks that clients face. She was also Head of Legal – Underwriting & Claims, at Catlin where she lead a team of insurance and reinsurance lawyers who provided insurance law advice and dispute resolution expertise to the claims and underwriting functions.
Tina has also served as a member of the Claims Leadership Team and has handled complex claims and disputes across all lines of business and in many different jurisdictions.
Tina qualified as a solicitor at Reynolds Porter Chamberlain in 2006 and has completed Executive Leadership programmes at Said Business School at the University of Oxford and at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
Tina is a chartered insurer, English solicitor and trained coach. She is a champion of Diversity & Inclusion and in harnessing the benefits of InsurTech.
