Tim Quick Head Claims L&H Solutions CUO L&H Reinsurance

Tim Quick is the Global Head of Product Development for Life and Health Claim Solutions at Swiss Re, where he has driven the worldwide delivery and expansion of Swiss Re’s flagship claims management platform, PromiseXP. Before joining Swiss Re, Tim served as Head of Insurance Operations at a leading U.S. insurtech, where he established carrier operations for an acquired life company and advised on product development and delivery. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across life and health claims, in-force operations, project management, and reinsurance administration at direct carriers.

Tim’s academic and professional credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an MBA from Michigan State University, the ALMI and ACS designations from LOMA, a Certificate in Applied Project Management from the University of California, and certification in Product Management from Cornell. A long-standing contributor to the International Claims Association, Tim has served on its Board of Directors, been a member of the Life & Annuity Committee, and was the founding Co-Chair of the Technology and Analytics Committee. Today, as the incoming President of the ICA, he brings with him a track record of advancing claims practices and a clear vision for the future of insurance and technology.
