Susana Perez Head Client Review COO P&C Reinsurance

Susana Pérez was appointed Global Head of Client Review in August 2024.

In this role, Susana leads Swiss Re’s Client Review function for the Property & Casualty reinsurance business, steering a global team that provides independent insights into client operations. Under her leadership, Client Review plays a strategic role in strengthening partnerships, driving performance improvements, and ensuring that outcomes translate into lasting value for clients and Swiss Re.

Susana joined Swiss Re in 2006 and has held positions across operations, Client Accounting Services, and Business Management in India and Switzerland. Since moving into the Client Review function in 2017, she has taken on progressive leadership responsibilities, culminating in her appointment to the global role.

She holds degrees in Finance & Actuarial Science and in Business Administration from the University of the Basque Country.
