Roxanne is a Vice President on the Group Life & Health Client Markets team for Swiss Re Americas in the U.S. Based in Minnesota, she leads client management for numerous group clients and supports business development initiatives.
Prior to joining Swiss Re in 2014, Roxanne spent eight years as Vice President of Business Development at Custom Disability Solutions, Reliance Standard’s reinsurance division, where she focused on the Group LTD turnkey market in the U.S.
She also spent 18 years at ING Reinsurance in various roles, most recently as Marketing Manager for the Group LTD excess market in the U.S. and Canada. In her current role, Roxanne focuses on fostering strategic partnerships, aligning Swiss Re’s services and product offerings with client strategies, driving cross-functional engagement, leveraging internal resources, and delivering tailored solutions.
She holds a degree in Credit and Finance from Saint Cloud Technical College and earned the LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow (LLIF) designation through the Wharton School of Business.
