Pierre-Jean Ollinger Chief Compliance Officer

Pierre-Jean Ollinger is Chief Compliance Officer at Swiss Re. He joined Swiss Re in London in 2008 within the Group Internal audit function focusing on Asset Management and moved to Compliance in 2012. During this time, he led the Compliance Assurance function, the Compliance Global Frameworks team, the Compliance advisory team supporting Reinsurance P&C and L&H business, Asset Management, IT and Operations teams, as well as being the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. In those roles, he has been focusing on developing the Compliance Assurance function, modernising and implementing various Compliance Frameworks, and drove the digitalisation of Compliance and leading the move to Compliance By Design.

Prior to working at Swiss Re, Pierre-Jean worked at Bear Sterns in Derivative Middle Office. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from London Cass Business School and a Bachelor's degree with honours in Economics and Finance from the University of Manchester.
