Patrick Roder Head Casualty Treaty Underwriting EMEA CUO P&C Reinsurance

Patrick Roder has been leading the Casualty Treaty Underwriting Team in EMEA since 2023. Previously, he headed the Casualty R&D EMEA team and worked in the Structured Solutions and ILS team, as well as serving as a Casualty Treaty Underwriter for various markets. He also has extensive experience in the consulting industry, where he advised reinsurance companies and ILS fund managers on transformation and digital operating models. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management and a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
