Pascale Lenz Head of Human Resources IBM Switzerland

Pascale Lenz is Head of Human Resources and Member of the Management Board of IBM Switzerland. She joined IBM in 1995 and has held several management positions across different functions. Pascale has been responsible for the client centre at IBM Research in Rüschlikon as Leader of the Industry Solutions Lab. Other past appointments include Executive Talent Manager for IBM Europe, and Manager of HR Services where she was responsible for the implementation of new HR tools and harmonising processes across all lines of businesses within this division. Immediately prior to her current position, Pascale was appointed as HR Partner Manager with responsibility for a number of business units within the IBM DACH region.
