Ofelia Eggenschwiler Learning & Development Consultant Swiss Re

Ofelia Eggenschwiler has a long and broad experience in training and development matters both for Swiss Re's clients and its employees. She designs and facilitates management/leadership and general reinsurance programs. She co-developed the reinsurance training for young talents (graduates@swissre program and the Asian Trainee Program). Before that, Ofelia worked in client markets, working with clients in the South East Asian, Indian and Turkish markets. She holds an MBA in Business Management.
