Nikos Kouvaras is an experienced health insurance leader who has spent 18 years in the insurance and re-insurance industry. Nikos is based in Zurich, he is currently product owner of MedRe data analytics platform and globally responsible for medical operations and analytics for Swiss Re. He is Mathematician by training and has an MBA degree from University of Leicester UK. His expertise covers, healthcare products, UW and claim operations, and data analytics, Nikos has served in management positions at reputable insurers (NN, Metlife, AIA), and has led various projects on data analytics, digitalization, portfolio steerage and insurance operations.
