Nicole Kellenberger Systems & eAdmin Manager COO P&C Reinsurance

Nicole Kellenberger has been working for Swiss Re for 19 years. She began her career as an accountant, responsible for the Iberian and Latin American markets.

In recent years, she has developed her leadership skills and technical expertise in reinsurance. Since  2011 she took up leading positions for different markets globally.

Nicole's motivation is to shape the work environment of her employees by creating an atmosphere of trust in order to increase their development capacity and exceed departmental expectations.

In her role as Global System & eAdmin lead, the priorities are focused on two core mandates: Develop and deploy smart processing solutions across the value chain thereby improving productivity and service as well as digitization and automation and the change management that needs to go hand in hand with digital transformation. Together with her team, Nicole provides thought leadership to the markets and helps clients and brokers to become more efficient and effective as well as agile.

Prior to her reinsurance experience, Nicole worked in marketing and public relations in various positions in Switzerland and Spain.
