Nichole joined Swiss Re in 2024 and currently serves as Head of L&H Pricing for Hong Kong and Taiwan. In this role, she leads new business pricing, basis development, experience studies, and in-force portfolio monitoring and management across all lines of business.
Prior to joining Swiss Re, Nichole accumulated over 15 years of experience with primary insurers, with a strong focus on actuarial work in the Hong Kong market. Her experience spans product pricing across mortality, critical illness, medical, and savings products, as well as product proposition, economic capital, actuarial reporting, and modeling. She has held roles at AIA, China Life Overseas, and Sun Life Hong Kong.
Nichole brings a well-rounded combination of technical expertise, innovative thinking, commercial acumen and team leadership. She is responsible for structuring client-centric solutions that align risk appetite with compelling value propositions.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Hong Kong and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
