Natalia joined Swiss Re in 2017 as a Medical Officer for Latin America and worked in close collaboration with the North American market. She was involved in key areas of life insurance, including medical consultations and training, product development, and serving as the regional representative for Life Guide. She also collaborated with the Magnum team, supporting the medical components of Swiss Re’s automated underwriting tool across Latin America.
In 2022, Natalia was appointed Senior Global R&D Medical Officer and became a member of the Medical Research group within the Life Guide team. In this role, she focuses on evidence-based research to ensure that Life Guide—Swiss Re’s global underwriting manual—remains current and scientifically robust. She also contributes significantly to Swiss Re’s global medical thought leadership and continues to collaborate with both the North American and Latin American markets.
Natalia is a Medical Doctor with a Master of Healthcare Management. Her clinical practice has been primarily focused on Oncology and Palliative Care.
