In this role, Nanditha is responsible for the product vertical within Life & Health (L&H) Solutions, which caters to primary insurance carriers for Underwriting solutions. She drives the strategy, delivery, and ownership of Underwriting Ease.
With an expertise in executing insurance solutions, data and analytics, Nanditha has successfully integrated and executed various optimization tools to improve growth, volumes, speed, and pricing estimates across the insurance value chain. In her prior roles at Swiss Re, Nanditha led the implementation of various analytics solutions, plug n play utilities on L&H Impact+, and global consultation for clients and product teams to create the right service for market need.
