Mira Kiridzic-Bügler Market Head ACEE Market Units P&C Reinsurance

Mira was appointed Market Head Austria, Central- and Eastern Europe in October 2020 and is responsible for Swiss Re's P&C business in those markets.

Mira embarked on her career at Swiss Re in 2002, specializing in Property and Casualty underwriting. Later she played a pivotal role in strategy projects in the facultative department. Venturing beyond her technical acumen, she has demonstrated strong leadership in the human resources space, spearheading transformative initiatives aimed at people management and the continuous evolution of underwriting and sales.

Since she joint Client Markets community, she has been driving the strategy for the ACEE region, fostering collaboration and innovation to enhance client relationships and market presence.

Mira holds university degree in mathematics and is DAV certified actuary.
