Martin Kaňa Executive Director of Slovak Insurance Association and Slovak Insurers' Bureau

Martin Kaňa is a graduate of the Faculty of Business Management of the University of Economics in Bratislava. He started his career in the banking sector - from 1999 he worked at Tatrabanka, from 2002 at Slovenská sporiteľna, he also has experience in the capital market - he led a company trading in securities. In the insurance industry, he gained management experience as chairman of the board of Poisťovna Slovenská sporiteľna (2010 - 2017). Since 2018, he has been the Chairman of the Board and General Director of the Pension Management Company and the First Pension Management Company of Poštová banka. He is the Executive Director of Slovak Insurance Association (SLASPO) and Slovak Insurers' Bureau (SKP).
