Marlène Ndaywel Senior Underwriter Engineering CUO P&C Reinsurance

Marlène Ndaywel joined Swiss Re in 2016 as engineering underwriter responsible for the West African market. In 2021 she joined the France, Belgium and Luxembourg market.

In 2012, Marlène began her career on the broking side as client executive and reinsurance broker, focusing on the construction and industrial all risk placement for the West African market.

She holds a master's degree in applied foreign languages in international insurance management from the University of Sorbonne Paris North.
