Marisa Walker was appointed Group Company Secretary of Swiss Re, effective November 2025. She brings extensive experience and a strong background in corporate governance and legal advisory functions. She joined Swiss Re in 2024 as Senior Legal Counsel. From 2020 to 2024, she worked at Vontobel, where she advanced to the position of Group Company Secretary in 2021. Before entering the financial services industry, she practiced law at a local firm near Zurich. Marisa Walker is a Swiss-qualified attorney-at-law and holds a Master of Arts in Law from the University of St. Gallen.
