Maria Alusikova Head Investment Manager Oversight Group Asset Management

Maria has been with Swiss Re since 18 years, in different positions across Asset Management department. In her role as Head of Investment Manager Oversight she oversees the relationships with Swiss Re's external investment managers and ensures that they meet the highest standards of governance, compliance, performance and service delivery. She also leads the risk assessment and monitoring of the external managers and regularly engages with global asset management companies on various investment and operations themes, such as market trends, risk management, operations, ESG and cyber.
