Professor Marcus du Sautoy is widely known for his work to popularise mathematics. He appears regularly in the media and has written numerous academic articles and popular books on mathematics. Marcus du Sautoy holds the prestigious Simonyi Chair for the Public Understanding of Science and is a Fellow of New College. He has received a number of awards including the Royal Society of London’s Michael Faraday Prize.
