Marco Bozzolo is an accomplished Life & Health actuary with more than 25 years of experience across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East & Africa. He joined Swiss Re in 2005 and has since held several leadership roles spanning product development, experience studies, traditional reinsurance, costing and underwriting, and client management.
In 2026, Marco became Head of Life & Health Reinsurance for Southern Europe — covering Turkey, Italy, Iberia, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus — and Head of Transactions for Continental Europe, where he leads the origination of transaction deals focused on capital management, M&A activities, asset-based solutions, and longevity transactions. Previously, he served as Chief Actuary for Continental Europe and led the Life & Health Pricing Team for Continental Europe and the Mediterranean.
Marco holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from ETH Zurich and is a fully qualified SAV actuary. He brings deep market insight, strong technical expertise, and a collaborative approach to supporting clients and driving sustainable business growth.
