Liu Yanchen is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Environment, Tsinghua University. At present, his main research direction is the theory and technology of urban sewage system optimization. He has participated in / lead more than a dozen national or provincial-level projects. He has published more than 70 papers in domestic and foreign journals, and has won a number of provincial and ministerial awards. He is currently a member of the International Water Association (IWA) Monitoring and Automatic Control (ICA) Expert Committee, a member of the Youth Committee of the China Urban Water Supply and Drainage Association, and a member of the Smart Water Committee.

刘艳臣是清华大学环境学院副教授、博士生导师。目前主要研究方向为城市污水系统优化运行管理的理论与技术，参与并主持了十多项国家级和省部级项目，在国内外期刊发表论文70多篇，曾获得多项省部级奖励，现为国际水协会（IWA）监测与自动控制（ICA）专家委员会委员、中国城镇给水排水协会青年委员会委员、智慧水务委员会委员。
