Li Hui heads UW L&H Solutions team across APAC. Based in Singapore, she focuses on delivering next-level risk insights via digital offerings to enhance automation, derive data insights, advance partnerships to lead and transform the future of underwriting.
Over the last 10 years, Li Hui led different teams within Swiss Re to drive innovation and propositions across the value chain. These include tech offerings such as Digital Health UW and Powerview as well as multiple first-in-market product features for Life and CI risks as well as award-winning dynamic pricing solutions and a health product leveraging smart contracts.
Li Hui graduated from The National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, has a CII diploma in insurance and has been awarded the NUS Outstanding Young Alumni, Her World Young Women Achiever Award, Singapore Women's Hall of Fame and a special commendation by the President of Singapore in 2009 for being the first Singaporean woman to summit Mt Everest (2009).
