Lauren Liang is the Global Head of Growth & Innovation at Swiss Re Reinsurance Solutions, covering both P&C and L&H business. In this role, she spearheads a multinational team spanning Asia, EMEA, and the Americas, applying innovation principles to transform client ideas into analytics and technology opportunities.
Lauren joined Swiss Re as the Head of Customer & Partnership Solutions for its L&H business in Asia before she became the Head of Global Partnerships for L&H Solutions. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Lauren held various regional leadership positions in areas of M&A, partnerships, innovation, commercial finance, and venture capital at NBC Universal, Nielsen, and MetLife. Lauren has been based in Singapore since 2007 and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
