Lauren Beasley Property Facultative Underwriter CUO P&C Reinsurance

Lauren is a Property Facultative Underwriter in P&C at Swiss Re, based in New York City. She is North American Point for ESG communications and is involved in helping write facultative business globally on the Flow Team.

Lauren started at Swiss Re in the Graduates@ SwissRe program spending time in Complex Facultative, Business Development, and in Sustainability Reporting out of Zurich.

She serves on the Board of Reinsurance Under 40 as the founder and lead of the Insurance Summer Summit, the largest annual external gathering of industry interns and new joiners in the United States. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Whittier College.
