Krysti joined Swiss Re in 2005 within Reinsurance Casualty Underwriting, where she served in advancing Casualty underwriting roles before joining the Globals Division within Reinsurance Client Markets in 2011. Over her tenure within the Globals Division, she has had responsibility for various client relationships and their respective global portfolios. Krysti currently serves as Managing Director and Client Executive, overseeing a team of sales executives with global P&L responsibility for the full spectrum of products and services across all lines of business. She will remain Managing Director and transition into the Head of US P&C Globals role within Global Client & Solutions (GCS) in July 2023.
Krysti came to Swiss Re by way of the High Net Worth Client Estate Administration Division at Fiduciary Trust Company. Prior to Fiduciary, she was the Director of Marketing at MassMutual's Arizona General Agency in Phoenix, AZ.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business. Krysti is an alumni of MassMutual's Executive Marketing Program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a graduate of Swiss Re's Leadership Development Program.
Krysti holds an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation. She currently serves on the US Board of Directors and Membership Committee for ISC Group. Krysti and her family are closely involved in various philanthropic work, including with Durga Tree International and Variety Children of Illinois.
