Kristina was appointed Market Head Nordics, Netherlands & CIS in 2022. In this capacity, she is responsible for Swiss Re's P&C business in those markets.
Before joining Swiss Re, Kristina started her career in the product development and actuarial team of Generali. In 2016 she joined Swiss Re as a Property Treaty UW responsible for the Nordic and German market. Later, she moved to the Solutions unit where she has built innovative insurance solutions by leveraging new cooperation models together with cross-industry partners.
Kristina holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
