Kizzie Masterson L&H Claims Manager Market Units L&H Reinsurance

Kizzie joined Swiss Re in 2004 in the Claims department. She worked in the Technical Accounting area as a Senior Technical Accountant before returning to the claims area in 2016.

Currently she is managing a team of six who are responsible for adjudicating Death, Accidental Death, Accelerated Death and Critical Illness claims from various offices. She also leads claim audits for individual and group life business for Swiss Re’s US operations.

She began her insurance career in 1996, adjudicating medical malpractice claims. Kizzie is a member of the International Claim Association community effective 2019 and serves on the Life and Annuity committee.

Kizzie holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. In her spare time, she loves to sing with her churches praise team along side her daughter Promyse, watch football, specifically Alabama Crimson Tide, and vacation with her siblings.
