Joel Zeder Nat Cat Specialist CUO P&C Reinsurance

Joel Zeder is a Natural Catastrophe Specialist at Swiss Re, where he develops models for atmospheric perils in Europe and supports natural catastrophe underwriting. He also has experience in Treaty Underwriting and ILS Structuring.

Before joining Swiss Re, Joel graduated with a PhD in Climate Physics from ETH Zurich, focusing on grey swan extremes using large ensemble simulations. His background includes climate analytics and statistical modelling.
