Jiping Wang is currently Deputy Director of Hebei Provincial Party Committee for the Planning and Construction of Xiong''an New Area, Member of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Party and Government Office of the Xiong'an New Area in Hebei. He has a master's degree in public administration from Renmin University of China, a doctorate in law from Tsinghua University, and is a visiting professor and economist at the School of Military Management of National Defence University.
