Professional experience
Jimmy has over 15 years of insurance and reinsurance experience and was appointed Global Head of Engineering & Nuclear in July 2024. His responsibilities include the Market Units of Engineering, and Nuclear and their reinsurance business across the globe. Jimmy is a Managing Director and member of the P&C Reinsurance Management Team, based in Zurich Switzerland.
He joined Swiss Re in 2009 through the Graduate Program and first worked in Group Underwriting Strategy. Jimmy joined the Global Engineering team in 2014, where he first worked as a Senior Engineering Underwriter for the French market, then led the Engineering & Cyber team for the Western Europe region. In 2020, he was appointed Chief Underwriter and led the Engineering EMEA team.
