Jeffrey Brown Head L&H Structured Solutions Americas Life & Health Products

Jeff is a Director in Swiss Re's Life & Health Structured Solutions, the global group responsible for structured reinsurance, inforce transactions, and longevity risk transfer.  Supporting life & health transactions across the Americas, Jeff and his team focus on non-traditional solutions for Swiss Re's clients.  His transaction experience spans financial reinsurance, life insurance reserve financings and letters of credit, catastrophe bonds, and side cars.  Jeff held execution responsibilities on structured finance teams at Goldman Sachs and at Lehman Brothers and began his career in Prudential's actuarial program in Newark, NJ.  He earned a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (1996), is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (2001) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (2000).
