Irène Koller eAdmin Lead EMEA COO P&C Reinsurance

Irene Koller took over the eAdmin Lead EMEA in April 2019 and co-chairs the Ruschlikon Marketing Group since July 2020.

In the function of eAdmin Lead EMEA, Irene is responsible for the establishment and the execution of Swiss Re's eAdmin strategy in the EMEA region. With the team and cross functionally, she strives to implement efficient frameworks to improve data quality and accessibility, systems and processes, with focus on a positive impact on the E2E value chain.

As co-chair of the Ruschlikon Marketing group, she represents Swiss Re in this industry initiative by defining the marketing framework and support the Ruschlikon community in the execution of the marketing plan, from bid to bind to administration of premiums, claims and settlement. 

Irene Koller joined Swiss Re in 2001. During this time, she worked as Expert in Client Accounting, and led or was part of a number of Swiss Re expert groups in the areas of system and tools, process and guidelines, training and data quality.

Since October 2018, she co-chairs the Regional Implementation group France.

Irene is a Swiss national and is Zurich based. She holds Certificates of Advanced Studies in Project Management and Digital Management und Unternehmensführung. She is a certified ACORD expert.

Her 14 years of experience in the hotel industry and in various roles are the basis for her relationship-driven personality.
