Heather Ingram is Head P&C Claims for Canada at Swiss Re. She leads the Canadian P&C Claims team, partnering with clients, brokers and colleagues to deliver strategic claims expertise and support informed risk decisions.

Heather joined Swiss Re in 2011 and has worked in both Canada and Switzerland, bringing more than 15 years of experience across Property & Casualty and Life & Health reinsurance, spanning claims, underwriting, client management, and actuarial roles. A Fellow of both the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA) and the Society of Actuaries (FSA), she is passionate about developing talent and advancing the reinsurance industry through active leadership and professional engagement.
