Hayley Robinson Chief Underwriting Officer Zurich Insurance

Hayley Robinson is a Group Chief Underwriting Officer with over 30 years of general insurance experience both in the U.K. and international markets. 

A classically trained commercial lines underwriter, she has since gained valuable experience across all lines of the personal, commercial and reinsurance business, as well as experience in claims, having started her career at RSA and worked at Aviva. Hayley has successfully led significant operational transformation projects both in the U.K. and Latin America.

Hayley joined Zurich Insurance in March 2018 as the UK Chief Underwriting Officer, responsible for the leadership of the underwriting and pricing functions. In June 2021, Hayley was appointed to the role of Group Chief Underwriting Officer. She is passionate about developing people and strives to create an environment where people are inspired to deliver consistently high performance.
