Gautier Beurnier Country Manager CBRE Investment Management France

Gautier Beurnier is the Country Manager of CBRE Investment Management France. He is also Head of Transactions for France and as such is responsible for sourcing and executing French deals for pan-european funds and for international clients through separate account mandates. Between 2016 and 2023 CBRE IM France’s AUM more than doubled to 3,3 bln EUR.

Gautier has over 25 years of experience in real estate and risk management. Prior to joining CBRE IM, Gautier was CEO of ATEMI, a French developer and asset management company. He has also worked for Unibail in Paris as well as Marsh Inc in New York, where he specialized in alternative risk finance and risk management consulting.

Gautier holds a post graduate degree in Economics from Paris X university and a Master’s degree in Finance from ESCP business school.
