Filipe Beato Lead, Centre for Cybersecurity, World Economic Forum

Filipe is a cyber resilience and digitalisation expert specialised in strategy, transformation and innovation in both the public and private sectors. Filipe has over 10 years of experience in helping organisations shape and deliver their global cyber and digital transformations by bridging a strong technical background with business strategy from previous professional experiences in consulting (Boston Consulting Group) and academia. Currently, Filipe leads the critical infrastructure protection and quantum security projects at the World Economic Forum.

Filipe holds a PhD in Applied Cryptography from the University of Leuven and a MSc in Computer Science from the University of Bristol.
