Fanny Fung currently serves as the Senior Vice President and leads the claims department at Asia Insurance Company Limited. She also holds the position of Head of Claims at Avo Insurance Company Limited. In these roles, she is responsible for setting up claim assessment guidelines, developing claims handling strategies, designing and reviewing claim management procedures and workflows, providing claims management training and consulting, as well as supporting underwriting operations.

Fanny holds a Juris Doctor degree, a Master of Laws, and a Master of Business Administration. Fanny is a part-time lecturer at the Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (VTC) and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, teaching various insurance courses. She also speaks for the Chartered Insurance Institute LEAD Programme on claims management, leads mediation training at the Hong Kong Mediation Centre, and serves on Lingnan University's Advisory Board for Risk and Insurance Management.

Fanny is a member of the Traffic Accident Victims Assistance Advisory Committee (Social Welfare Department, HKSAR), Chairman of the Accident Insurance Association (AIA HKFI), Councilor of the General Insurance Council (Hong Kong Federation of Insurers), and a member of the Complaints Panel (Insurance Complaints Bureau).

Fanny is an Associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited mediator. She also serves as a panel assessor for the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited and is an accredited mediator for the Hong Kong Mediation Centre. She is listed as an Accredited Mediator for Building Management Cases and is on the list of Accredited Mediators of the Integrated Mediation Office (West Kowloon) operated by the Judiciary. Additionally, she is a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Mediator, endorsed by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.
