Dr. Reto von Schulthess 舒尔泰斯博士 CEO SWISSWATER Ltd 瑞士水务首席执行官

Dr. Reto von Schulthess was born 1963. He graduated in biotechnology at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich and continued his study with a post-graduate course in water and wastewater engineering and water pollution control at the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology (EAWAG). 1994 he completed his PhD studies in sciences at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich. Since 1995 he works as a project manager for environmental projects in multiple countries.

1999 he became partner of Künzler & Partner Ltd., Lucerne. Since merging with HOLINGER Ltd. he is branch office manager of HOLINGER Ltd. Lucerne and member of the board of directors. 2013 he became CEO of SWISSWATER Ltd., a new member of the HOLINGER Group.

His mayor duties are projects for the rehabilitation of waste water treatment plants and sanitation projects. In addition he worked as project manager for master plans and feasibility studies for lakes rehabilitation in Switzerland, Eastern Europe and China.

Further more, as consultant he supports plants supervisors in technical, operational and organisational decision-making, as well as coordinates networked assignment in order to access the need for action in the area of water protection.

舒尔泰斯博士1963年生于瑞士。在瑞士联邦理工大学（ETH）完成硕士学业主攻生物技术，1994年在联邦理工大学水技术和科学研究院（(EAWAG)主攻给水和污水工程学以及水污染监督，完成博士学业。自1995年担任 水环境保护项目领导，在很多国家工作过。

1999年担任瑞士卢塞恩Künzler & Partner 合作伙伴，后与瑞士贺林根公司合并，至今担任瑞士贺林根公司卢塞恩地区总经理，瑞士贺林根公司董事会成员，2013年还兼任瑞士水务公司首席执行官，瑞士水务是贺林根公司的合作集团。

他负责管理的主要项目是优化、更新污水处理厂工艺，节能赢能，以及在瑞士、东欧和中国的大型生物气厂。

还有，他作为高级顾问，支持协助厂家在技术、运行和组织上做决定。此外，他还负责协调水资源保护的各项工作。
