Diane Blaine Head Operations North America COO L&H Reinsurance

Diane began her insurance career in 1981 with Lincoln National Life where she served direct Life & Health clients in a variety of positions including Claim Quality Assurance Manager and Assistant Director of Lincoln's Ft. Scott, Kansas Operations Center. In 1992 she joined Lincoln’s Reinsurance Division as Assistant Vice President responsible for administering multiple lines of Group Markets direct and reinsurance business. With the Swiss Re acquisition of Lincoln Re in 2001, Diane became responsible for portfolio and operational management of Life & Health run-off business. She currently serves as the Head of North America Life & Health Operations.
